How to make the Worksheets appear on the 'Nutrients Version 2' menu bar:
The Worksheet menu has four sub-menus. Each Worksheet has a prefix eg. 'WS' for Worksheet, 'NI' for Nutrients Information sheet and 'PI' for Packaging Ideas. The downloaded files will have one of these prefixes to determine which sub-menu is used to access the Worksheet.

Download the file and save it to your computer disk
Open 'C:Program Files' on your computer using 'My Computer'
Scroll down the folders until you find the 'Nutrients' folder
Open the 'Nutrients' folder.
Drag and drop the saved file into that folder
Restart 'Nutrients' and locate the newly added Worksheet
The above procedure can also be used to add 'Nutrients' data files so if you have a 'Nutrients' data file that is needed with your latest Worksheet all you need to do is to save the 'Nutrients' file with a suitable name, eg. 'Apple Pie'. The menu location which will be used to access the file is sub-menu number 4 - see graphic above 'Nutrients Files' is the fourth sub-menu. Rename your Nutrients file so that it starts with a number 4, eg. '4Apple Pie' - (the '4' will not appear when 'Nutrients' is run). Then follow the same procedure above for adding a Worksheet.
