Before installing upgrades to 'Nutrients' it is recommended that previous versions are completely unistalled.
If you click on the 'Print' icon on the toolbar of 'Nutrients' and receive the following message this indicates that the system resource necessary to print direct from 'Nutrients' is not available. This message may occur on networked computers when 'Nutrients' is installed and run across a newtork and this resource is not available on individual computers.
Microsoft acknowledges a bug in Visual Basic 6 which affects the displaying of a 'Print' dialogue box. Microsoft have provided a patch for the bug in the form of additional resources called the 'vbprndlg.dll'. The resouce may be requested from either the Microsoft website or from 'Nutrients Software' and it should be installed in the same way that all Microsoft 'dlls' are.
The 'Nutrients' installation package contains the necessary resource and it should be made available during the installation of 'Nutrients'. The patch allows direct printing from 'Nutrients'. However even if the resource is not available printing may easily be achieved by clicking on either the 'Create Word File' or 'Create Excel File' see left.
Extract the files to a location that will not be deleted and that has an simple path. These types of files are typically put in the System32 directory under the Windows (or the WinNT) directory.
Click 'Start', and then click 'Run'.
Type the following, and then click 'OK': RegSvr32 "C:WindowsSystem32VBPrnDlg.dll" Make sure that you use the actual full path to the 'dll' as the second part of this command.
You will receive a message that the 'dll' was successfully registered.
